Udvartana also benefits those experiencing stiffness, heaviness, or inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, where gentle stimulation and detoxification may offer relief. The treatment leaves the skin feeling refreshed, toned, and rejuvenated, and concludes with a warm shower to wash away the herbal powders and enhance the cleansing effect. Although highly beneficial, Udvartana is not suitable for everyone.
