Service Description
Shirodhara treatment, which involves pouring of warm, medicated oil in a continuous stream onto the centre of the forehead (the third eye). This deeply relaxing treatment helps to relieve tension, anxiety, insomnia and headache. It reduces high blood pressure, improves concentration and mental clarity, and also promotes hormonal balance. This treatment culminates with a gentle head and neck massage. Please bring an old hat you don't mind getting oily to wear home after, or a hair turban is also ideal. This treatment is best done in the morning but can be done in the afternoon just not straight after eating.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if less than 24 hours notice is provided in the event of cancellation, there will be a 50% charge. Please bring a warm hat to wear home after treatments on cooler days (after treatments only). I look forward to meeting you soon!
