Therapeutic application of heat with poultice filled with warm herbs, massaged with over the whole body or around particular joints or areas of pain. Improves circulation, loosens toxins, reduces water retention, swelling and excess fat tissue, stimulates lymphatic drainage and relieves muscle and joint pain. The warmth also makes this treatment a very relaxing experience. Includes cost of 6 poultices which are stored for you and reused for 3 treatments which is the minimum recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if less than 24 hours notice is provided in the event of cancellation, there will be a 50% charge. Please bring a warm hat to wear home after treatments on cooler days (after treatments only). I look forward to meeting you soon!
