This personalised Ayurveda yoga session is designed specifically around your current symptoms, constitution, and the doshas that most need balancing. Rather than following a set sequence, the practice is crafted uniquely for you, drawing on Ayurvedic principles to choose the most supportive postures, breathwork, pacing, and grounding or uplifting techniques. Whether you need to calm excess Vata, cool aggravated Pitta, or enliven sluggish Kapha, the session meets you exactly where you are and guides your body‑mind back toward equilibrium. You’ll also receive a tailored handout after your session, outlining the key practices, poses, and lifestyle suggestions that will support you between appointments. This helps you build a steady home routine that reinforces the benefits of your 1:1 work and encourages long‑term balance and wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if less than 24 hours notice is provided in the event of cancellation, there will be a 50% charge. Please bring a warm hat to wear home after treatments on cooler days (after treatments only). I look forward to meeting you soon!
